Iammarkkomusic LLC (“Company”) operates the Internethelper websites and services (“Internethelper,” “we,” “us”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information when you use our websites and services. It applies regardless of where you live or access our services from. If you do not agree with this Policy, please do not use our services.
1. Information we collect
Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect:
- Contact and account details, such as name, email address, account identifiers, and billing references returned by payment partners.
- Information you submit, such as name and address fields used in Online Safety Master to build your personalized safety overview.
- Generated outputs, such as report summaries, scores, or structured results produced by our tools when those features are enabled (including placeholder or demonstration content prior to full product launch).
- Technical data, such as IP address, approximate location derived from IP, browser type, device identifiers where available, timestamps, pages viewed, diagnostic logs, and security signals.
- Consent and checkout records, including timestamps and versions of Terms / policies acknowledged, checkbox selections related to payment authorization and subscription consent, session identifiers for fraud prevention, and related metadata described in Section 6 below.
- Cookies and similar technologies as described in our Cookie Policy.
2. Planned data inventory (Online Safety Master)
Before and after backend systems go live, we intend to limit collection to what is reasonably necessary. The following inventory describes categories we plan to store or process for Online Safety Master when fully operational (some fields may not yet be persisted while the product is in preview):
- Profile / intake fields: first name, last name, street address, city, state or region, postal or ZIP code, and similar fields you submit in the funnel.
- Report outputs: structured findings, scores, summaries, and recommendations produced for your account (replacing demonstration placeholders when live data exists).
- Technical metadata: IP address, device/browser signals, timestamps, and error logs for reliability and abuse prevention.
- Consent logs: records showing required acknowledgements before payment (what was accepted and when), aligned with subscription checkout.
3. How we use information
We use personal information to:
- Provide, maintain, and improve the services
- Authenticate users, prevent fraud, and protect security
- Process payments and fulfill subscriptions through payment partners
- Demonstrate legally required consents and respond to billing inquiries
- Communicate service updates, receipts, and support responses
- Measure performance and understand aggregate usage trends
- Comply with law and enforce our terms
4. How we share information
We may share information with:
- Payment processors we integrate with to authorize charges, vault payment methods when applicable, manage recurring billing, and reduce fraud.
- Service providers who assist with hosting, analytics, customer support, email delivery, and security monitoring.
- Professional advisers where required for legal, accounting, or compliance purposes.
- Authorities when required by law or to protect rights, safety, and security.
We do not sell your personal information as “sale” is defined under applicable privacy laws that apply to our processing.
5. Reports and online visibility
Some features combine details you provide with limited context from our partners to produce educational summaries about online visibility. We do not claim that results are complete or fully accurate, and we do not access private communications or secured accounts without authorization. This is not a consumer report under the FCRA—see our Terms of Service.
6. Consent logging (subscriptions and checkout)
Where required checkboxes are presented on the payment step before you pay or subscribe, we may record evidence of consent, such as: time and date of acceptance, the version of the Terms / policies linked at acceptance, which boxes were checked, your account or session identifier, IP address and browser user agent at the time of acceptance, and the selected plan identifier.
These records may be retained with your customer profile and surfaced in internal admin tools so our team can assist with billing questions and review payment disputes in good faith. Retention supports compliance with card network and processor rules.
7. Retention
We retain information as long as needed to provide the services, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Retention periods may vary by data category and legal requirements. Consent logs may be retained longer where needed to demonstrate authorization of recurring billing.
8. Security
We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information. Payment card data should be handled primarily by PCI-compliant processors using tokenization where possible. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
9. Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export certain personal information, and to opt out of certain processing. You may submit requests using the contact information on our Contact page. We will verify requests consistent with applicable law.
10. Children
Our services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected such information, contact us and we will promptly review.
11. International processing
If we process information across borders, we apply safeguards consistent with applicable law and contractual protections when required.
