These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to websites, applications, tools, and related services offered under the Internethelper brand (“Internethelper,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) by Iammarkkomusic LLC (“Company”). By accessing or using our services, you agree to these Terms with the Company. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

Charges for paid plans are made by Iammarkkomusic LLC. Your card or bank statement may show a short descriptor such as “INTERNETHELPER,” “IH,” or similar; the merchant of record remains Iammarkkomusic LLC.

1. Who may use the services

Our services are intended for adults. If you use our services on behalf of a household member, you represent that you have authority to do so. You must provide accurate information and keep your account credentials confidential.

2. Services and changes

We may update features, pricing, or availability to improve reliability, security, or clarity. When changes are material, we will provide notice as described in our policies or within the product experience when reasonable. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the services. For example, you must not:

• Attempt to access non-public systems or data without authorization
• Use the services to harass, threaten, or harm others
• Circumvent technical limits, billing, or security controls
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation
• Use automated means in a way that disrupts or overloads our systems

4. Online Safety Master; not a credit or background report

Online Safety Master provides educational, organizational reporting based on information you submit and limited results returned through our integrations. It is designed to help you understand how similar details may appear in everyday online contexts and to suggest general privacy-minded steps—not to crawl or “scrape” third-party sites on your behalf.

We are not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) or similar laws. The service does not provide “consumer reports,” “investigative consumer reports,” official background checks, or credit reports, and must not be used for employment, tenant screening, credit decisions, insurance underwriting, or other purposes that require FCRA-compliant reports.

Results may be incomplete, outdated, or influenced by third-party sources. Reports are informational only and are not legal, financial, or professional advice. You are responsible for decisions you make after reviewing any report.

5. Payment processors

Card and subscription payments are charged by Iammarkkomusic LLC and may be processed through one or more integrated payment partners and gateways. Those providers handle payment authorization, fraud screening, and vaulting or tokenization according to their own terms, privacy notices, and security programs.

When tokenization is used, we typically do not store full payment card numbers on our servers; we may store references (tokens), subscription identifiers, and transaction metadata needed to provide access and support. Your card issuer and card network rules also apply to charges and disputes.

6. Checkout consent (required before payment)

Before completing payment for a subscription or other paid feature, you must confirm required checkboxes on the payment step (when card or wallet details are submitted), including that you have reviewed and agree to these Terms (and linked policies where presented) and that you authorize charges for the selected plan and recurring subscription until you cancel in accordance with our Refund Policy.

Your confirmations may be recorded with a timestamp and related technical metadata as described in our Privacy Policy to demonstrate consent and reduce billing disputes.

7. Fees and subscriptions

Paid features—including Online Safety Master tiers—may be offered as subscriptions with recurring billing until canceled in the manner we describe at purchase and in account or billing tools. Taxes may apply where required. If a payment fails, we may suspend access until the issue is resolved. Cancellation timing and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy and the rules of your payment method.

8. Third-party services

We may integrate third-party APIs, hosting providers, analytics, email delivery, and payment processors beyond those named above. Those providers have their own terms and privacy practices.

9. Intellectual property

We retain rights in our websites, branding, software, and content, except where we use materials licensed from others. You receive a limited, non-exclusive license to use the services for personal, non-commercial purposes unless a separate agreement permits broader use.

10. Disclaimers

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED.

11. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICES IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM OR (B) TWENTY-FIVE DOLLARS (USD $25). WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOST PROFITS OR DATA.

12. Indemnity

You will defend and indemnify us against claims arising from your misuse of the services, violation of these Terms, or violation of applicable law, except to the extent caused by our willful misconduct.

13. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State in which Iammarkkomusic LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where prohibited. Courts in that State have exclusive jurisdiction, unless a different forum is required by applicable consumer protection law for non-waivable claims.
