One-time billing help

Straight answers about one-time charges, receipts, failed payments, and how to reach a human at Internet Helper (Internethelper).

How billing works

  • Online Safety Master checkout charges your card once for the plan you select.
  • Charges appear on your statement from our payment processor; the merchant of record is Internet Helper.
  • After you pay, you can open the Billing page (signed in with the same email you used at checkout) to see payment status and a simple receipt list.

Cancellations

Submit cancellation or refund requests from Dashboard Support when signed in. Cancellation requests and refund requests are reviewed under our Refund Policy.

Contact us

For fastest handling, use in-dashboard support first. If you cannot access your account, contact us at contact@internethelper.net — or use the contact form and choose "Billing".

If a payment fails

If a payment attempt is declined, we may ask you to try a different card. We may email you at the address on file so you can update your card with us. Until a payment succeeds, access to the paid plan is not activated. If you see a failure notice, contact us—we will walk you through the next steps.

Receipts

Your card issuer’s statement is the official record of charges. For convenience, successful charges also appear under Billing when you are signed in with the same email used at checkout.
